Mark Huebner is the founder of Motive and our energized Chief of Brand Merchandising. He's a Chicago native lured westward by the University of Colorado and its communications program. Mark cut his marketing teeth at Rage Unlimited, where he took promotional sales to all new levels. Along the way he's developed worldwide sourcing relationships that allow us to create the best advertising premiums on the planet. Thanks to a laser direct and low-cost approach to doing business, Mark expects to beat any competitive bid out there-with an extra knack for customer service tossed in. He's infamous for once hopping a plane and renting a really big truck so he could ensure that an overseas rush job reached the client on time, just as promised. Mark also goes the extra mile for anything related to road biking, golf and the great outdoors.

Brian McFadden is our experienced Brand Strategy & Business Development Guru. He's a Northern California guy equipped with an MBA in marketing from The University of Michigan's Ross Business School. Brian has spent a dozen+ years managing global brands in the consumer goods and service arena for sizeable companies like E & J Gallo Winery and IMG Sports, before venturing into the entrepreneurial scene. Brian's forte is in just about every area of creating and maintaining excellence in branding - from strong concept development, real consumer insights and unique positioning to breakthrough advertising, promotion and PR work.
